How long does it take to receive My Fasting Plan?
It typically takes approximately two hours for our team of doctors and nutritional therapists to review the plan based on all of your personalized information. If you don’t receive your plan within 2 hours, please be sure to check your SPAM box in your email. Forever. You can always access your personalized fasting plan with the link provided in the email you will receive.
Can I change my plan?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your personalized plan once it is completed. Please contact Support@MyFastingPlan.com if you have any questions.
What should I drink when fasting?
We recommend drinking one ounce of water for every pound of body weight on periodic fasting days and one-half ounce of water per every pound of body weight on regular days. You can also have green tea and black coffee. Avoid sugar on periodic fasting days and if you must use creamer, be sure to use a non-dairy creamer such as almond or coconut milk.
How much weight will I lose?
Everyone is different and everyone has different rates of metabolism. Food choices and exercise also have an impact. That said, our clients have great success, even those whom have had little or no success with other diet plans.
How can I get a refund?
We will be sorry to see you go but if you want to cancel your plan, you can apply for a refund within 14 days from time of purchase.
